Mentos & Diet Coke
I'm sure I'm way behind on this- it's been out for a while. But in case you are out of it, like me, you've got to check out this video clip. Who knew that dropping mentos into a carbonated beverage would cause it to erupt? These guys use that knowledge to create a spectacular show. It's almost like fireworks, so very fitting for the 4th of July. Mentos & Diet Coke

I watched this video a while back & then called Samuel (not Sammy) into the room to watch it again. He was mesmerized! I think he replayed it about 20 times. Of course, that's a boy for you...
