Pork Ribs

I cook a lot of meals, and every once and a while I get the urge to try something I've never made before. Today, it's pork ribs. I've never bought ribs at the grocery store, but I managed to pick out some yesterday. I found a crock pot recipe, bought my favorite BBQ sauce Stubbs and let me tell you they are smelling GOOD. Cody and I used to eat at this awesome ribs place in Memphis called Corky's. That place was so delicious that I've seriously considered mail-ordering their ribs. It's expensive, but they can ship them on dry ice. Memphis has a different style of BBQ than you can get around here in TX. I'm not knocking TX BBQ though, believe me! Texas must have the highest concentration of good BBQ joints of anywhere in the nation.
