Tired

I have felt so weak and exhausted lately that I talked to my OBGYN and he ran some bloodwork. Turns out I am not anemic, nor is my thyroid acting out of whack. Since there's no physical explanation...I guess I just have to go with the "I'm pregnant while takng care of a 3 year old and 1 year old" excuse. Just wait until I get to the "taking care of a 4 year old, 2 year old, and newborn" stage. Honestly, I would have been a terrible prairie wife. All that non-stop cooking, cleaning, and farm work, WHILE raising the kids, without a single couch to lay on or Winnie the Pooh video for distraction. I'm pretty sure they didn't have extra strength tylenol either, which has become a staple of my diet. But, when thinking about kids and how they can wear a person out, I am always reminded of a favorite phrase I saw on the birth announcement for my friend's third baby. It read, "If you think our hands are full, you should see our hearts."
