I've been tagged by Brooke.
First Memory: I vaguely remember an orange shag carpet that was in a house where I lived when I was 2 or 3. My first real memory I would say is my 4th birthday. I remember waking up that morning and asking my mom if I was 4 yet.
First Real Kiss: Age 16, with a guy named David that I should have never been dating.
First Concert: Probably NKOTB...is that sad or what?
First Love: Cody is my first true love. I dated some guys before him that I thought I loved, but then I realized what real true love is in my relationship with Cody. I find out more about love every day. It isn't what I thought it was when I was 16, or 20, or even a year ago.
First crush: Um, I think his name was Les and it was in Kindergarten.
First thing you think in the morning: Is there any possible way to spend just a little bit longer in bed?
First book you remember loving: The Hardy Boys series. My grandmother had the entire set of 100 or so books.
First pet: I don't remember. We had so many cats growing up that they all sort of run together in my mind.
First question you'll ask in Heaven: Where's the buffet? JUST KIDDING! Can I have the mansion next to C.S. Lewis'? Again, kidding!
First thing you think of when you hear the word vacation: Let's do it!
First best friend: Jennifer Conover, from Kindergarten through 3rd grade when I moved away.
Last time you dressed up: For my anniversary dinner with Cody June 13. I bought a new outfit and everything.
Last thing you ate: Peanut butter cookies with a Hershey's kiss on top, right from the oven!
Last CD you bought: Shotgun Willie for Cody's birthday
Last book you read: Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
Last time you cried: I cried to myself yesterday because we got an email about a guy Cody knew from his youth group whose wife just gave birth July 13th and the baby girl is severely physically and mentally damaged because of meconium in her lungs and will most likely not survive. Please say a prayer for their family as you read this.
Last movie you saw: Dreamgirls. It wasn't very good.
Last time you told someone you loved them: Just told the kids when I put them down for rest time.
Last really funny thing you did: Um, that would probably be at our last book club meeting when I tried to eat with chopsticks and failed miserably. I gave up and ate with a fork. Later I saw Amberly playing with her chopsticks and was surprised to see that she had two separate sticks. I had been trying to use mine while they were still stuck together at the top. I didn't know you were supposed to break them apart. No wonder they didn't work! The girls had a nice laugh at me.
Last thing you watched on TV: Extreme Home Makeover last night- only about 15 minutes of it.
Last Halloween costume: I can't remember
Last Concert attended: It's been a decade or so...but I think it was Cracker in London.
I tag anyone in the whole wide world that feels like answering these questions!
