Do you think that they would be just as good without the coconut, or is that an important ingrediant?
I've only made them with coconut and in my opinion the coconut is what makes them extra good. I am a huge pecan fan though, and I bet if someone didn't like coconut and made these with pecans instead it would still be delicious.
Yes, I would have to try the pecans vs. coconut. BUT, I'll bet my mother-in-law & sister-in-law would LOVE these with coconut!
