I was pondering a few things while cooking dinner tonight and decided to turn it into a blog entry.

Kitchen Questions
Three electric appliances I couldn't give up:
the electric skillet (I use this all the time and have many favorite recipes that require it.)
the blender (Have I ever mentioned that I love frozen margaritas?)
the steamer (It cooks broccoli and tamales perfectly.)

Three of my favorite gadgets:Pampered Chef Measure All (perfect for peanut butter, shortening, and the like.)
Garlic Peeler
Hand-held can opener (why did electric can openers go through such a big surge in popularity a decade ago? The hand-held ones are the way to go.)

Weekdays Are Quick Meals
