It's Not a Coupon...

it's a groupon.

My father-in-law passed along this interesting website to us recently. (which I think started in Chicago but now has spread to other large cities) offers one deal per day to a restaurant, salon, entertainment venue, etc but the catch is enough people have to purchase the deal in order for it to "make." People sign up for the deal, but if not enough people sign up then no one pays for it or gets it. There's a counter keeping track of the numbers. The deals I've seen lately have been pretty good, and I haven't seen one fail to make yet. Nothing has caught my eye to the point where I take the plunge, but I plan to keep checking in case I find an offer I can't refuse!
