I'd like to thank my sister-in-law for the very thoughtful birthday gift of a new blog design. She was a little nervous to give it to me. She didn't want me to think that she thought my old blog looked bad. (Wow, you really need a new look- here's someone who can help....) She just thought (correctly) that it would be something fun and new that I might enjoy, especially since I am fairly regular about blogging.
I think Beth at Scoop Blog Designs did a great job. I told her a little about what I hoped the design could portray (warmth, invitation, vintage, something about books, etc.) and she took the info and ran with it. Check out her website for more samples of her work and information about her.
