Excuses, Excuses...

One of our children, who we like to call "the good child", never gets out of his bed at night. He never cries out or comes into our room. He sleeps like a rock every night. The other two enjoy disturbing our sleep. Ava has grown out of it now. But Lucas is still waking up during the night. Sometimes he just stays in his bed crying noisily until one of us goes to him. Other times, he walks silently into our room and crawls into bed. Every once and a while he sleeps through the night. He likes to keep us guessing.

Anyway, last night he came walking into our room around 4AM. As he climbed over me, into the bed, he said in a small pouty voice, "A tiger bite me."

Well, if that isn't a good reason to come get in your parents' bed in the middle of the night, I don't know what is.

Awwwww. Sweet boy. Gotta protect that boy from tigers! He never wakes up over here! Maybe he does but decides he would rather stay in his bed!!

May I direct you to a post that MckMama posted today? Funny how I read two blogs in one day about this.
