We spent our day off from school yesterday at the zoo with friends. It was one of the most fun zoo experiences we have ever had! The kids got to pet a snake...
And, even more fun was feeding the birds in the children's zoo area. Those birds were landing all over us, to varying degrees of enjoyment depending on which child was involved. Birds kept landing on Lucas' head and he didn't care for it much. Nate, however, was thrilled. Ava took lots of photos with the camera she recently got for her birthday. Then, she chose her favorites and turned them into a photo slide show in iPhoto. She had so much fun putting it together, and I am so proud of her. I had to share it here!
