Prisoners

I feel like the kids and I are prisoners in our own house! The heat is keeping us inside. We tried playing outside for a little while around 9 AM but it was already too hot and muggy! I don't want to take them anywhere this afternoon because it means getting into a hot parked car when we want to come home. And for two evenings now it has been too hot to play outside with daddy in the backyard. Seems like it will be this way for a little while. I just can't stand to see their little faces turn all red, so we're just going to have to find things to do inside.
