FAQ's

I was looking through the City of Richardson web site yesterday. (The reason is another blog entry in itself.) I was browsing through the list of Frequently Asked Questions. Most were typical like "How can I get and/or renew my driver's license?" or "How can I contact the school district?" But about 3/4ths of the way down is the question "Is it illegal to posses, make, or set off smoke bombs in the City of Richardson?" Really? They get this question frequently? This is one of the 23 most often asked questions? That makes me a little nervous.
