Taco Soup

I made some taco soup last night that I just loved! It's great for a big group- it probably has about 8-10 servings, and it is so easy to make. Try it out sometime this fall if you get a chance.

2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
Then add:
(28 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
can rotel tomatoes
2 cans ranch style beans, undrained
can kernal corn (drained)
packet hidden valley ranch dresing mix
packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
16 oz. velveeta

Simmer about 30 minutes. Serve with fritos and sour cream. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I am so glad you put the recipe on here! I have been meaning all day to ask you for the recipe and how you made it so creamy! Chris and I make taco soup with about the same ingredients, but we thought yours was extra good because it was more creamy. Thanks Becky for the soup last night, and thanks for the recipe!!
