Toy Storage

Nate became mobile at about 6 months of age. From then until just recently, when he finally learned that this was unacceptable behavior, he was fond of putting toys into the small round hole of our sub woofer. Toys went in, but toys never came out. Cody and I weren't even sure at first how to get them out. We could hear them rattling around in there, but our hands didn't fit into the hole. Finally this week, Cody took a screwdriver to the underside of it and removed a larger round area, as seen in the photo below.

Now what all could possibly be inside the sub woofer? I thought I would document the contents for all to see. 4 Legos, 5 balls, 5 counting animals, 2 gear connectors, 1 crayon, 1 play chip, and 1 straw. You know, the usual.

Thank you for today's laugh. It would be interesting to know why he enjoyed doing this since once he put the items in the hole, he could not get them back? And the way you said he just learned it was unacceptable behavior sounds like he had been given consequences for doing it before.
Quite an array of items!
