Pet Peeves

1. Slow turners. Especially those that are in the left turn lane. Sometimes when the arrow turns green, it seems they just start coasting into the turn without applying any gas at all. Just go people!

2. Use of the word "ain't" in everyday conversation.

3. Self-flushing toilets. They just don't give you enough time.

4. Littering. Come on! We are a technologically advanced highly industrialized nation, yet people throw their trash out of the car window instead of waiting until they get somewhere that has a trash can. It's disgusting!

5. Commercials that are 100 times louder than the program I am watching. Can't some sound guy fix that?

Maybe this list should be in installments instead of all at once. I think 5 is enough to get it started. Maybe I will add to the list one day. For now, feel free to add your own pet peeves to the comments!

shopping carts stopped by the laundry detergent while the driver stretches across the ailse to read the fine print on the shower cleaners...
and men have no business even using a cart. don't get me started!

I'm with you on all of those. And I'd better not start listing my pet-peeves. There are too many. Really.

Have you ever noticed that 95% of the litter on the side of the road is cigerette butts? I think we all know who to blame for that!

People talking loudly on their cell phones in a restuarant.
People talking on a cell phone while driving.
People passing the speed limit.
People cutting in in traffic just because I am leaving a car distance between me and the person in front of me.
Dirty diapers left in parking lots.

I guess I'm pretty laid back because I'm having trouble coming up with some.

I don't like it when someone says "I know" while you are talking with them and there is no way for them to actually know that information. I lived with someone that did this all of the time and it drove me CRAZY!
