Instead of Christmas lights along the rooftop, which we have only managed to hang once in the nearly dozen years of our marriage, Cody decorated the tree in the front yard. It probably ended up taking him longer than it would have to simply hang lights along the house. But, it's quite stunning at night. And apparently, it's the "in thing" this year. I was driving in a few ritzy neighborhoods on my way to a Christmas party last night and saw many similar trees. None of them looked as nice as ours, though.

Our Tree
Instead of Christmas lights along the rooftop, which we have only managed to hang once in the nearly dozen years of our marriage, Cody decorated the tree in the front yard. I love it when trees are lit up this way. Yours does look nice. Next year, when I haven't waited until the last minute to put up my Christmas lights (hopefully), I want to do our three trees like that too.
