Glasses

I am so drawn to this photo. It's one of my favorites out of all I have ever taken.

While enjoying a spectacular wine tasting at our favorite spot Jimmy's last night, I was struck by the incredible number of glasses on our small table. There were 8 people seated, and each person had 7 glasses in front of them!

I like this photo because of the illusion in the sizes of the glasses caused by the perspective, for the way one can see through the glasses to yet more glasses, for the shimmers of light playing, and just for the good memory of a beautiful evening with friends.
