Oh, MY, that was a fun party! It was just the perfect thing for a boy who loves science! I think we are all still glowing a bit from the excitement. I mean, I knew they were going to do science experiments, but I didn't realize they would get to hold cool animals, too.
It was great watching their faces as they made slime, putty, and snow. The snow was fabulous. Everyone yelled, "Happy Birthday, Nate!" then dumped their powder into the water. Suddenly snow erupted forth from all the cups and spilled out onto the table. Every child's jaw dropped with joy and surprise.
The two party coordinators were amazing. They were patient and laid back with the kids. They actually encouraged them to do things and get stuff out. It was a relaxed, fun environment. Everybody was having a good time...even the adults. This one will go down in the books as one of the best parties of all time, I think.
The best part was seeing Nate have the time of his life. I love that boy, and I can't believe he is turning EIGHT! Doesn't he look good in a lab coat?

Oh, wow! That looks like SO much fun! The snake is so cool, but I could probably go my whole life without holding that roach...way to be brave, Nate. Ava's sweater is just adorable and the cake...fabulous job!
This is so cool! What a party!
