You Gotta Try...Part Two

I thank my friend Amanda for this recipe that is so delisious it just knocks your socks off! Simple, decadent, and unbelievably good. I don't even know what these are called, but I had some she made and she told me how to make them. Just mix a package of oreo cookies and a block of softened cream cheese together (a kitchen aide mixer really helps this process, but I'm sure you can accomplish it with a regular mixer, perhaps in a couple of smaller batches). Then melt 6 cubes of chocolate bark (I didn't even know they made this- I had bought almond bark before but not chocolate bark) in the microwave. Spray your hands with Pam, then roll small balls of the cookie mixture and toss 8 or so into the melted bark at a time. Cover them with chocolate, then spoon them out onto wax paper to cool. You can refrigerate them to harden, or just leave them out and they harden fine. Better have a friend handy to make sure you don't eat the entire amount of these things in one sitting.
