A few months ago I wrote about attending a community Thanksgiving service where several local churches met together. Each church led a few songs, so I was exposed to some music I had never heard before. One song I heard that night clung to me from the second it began and played in my mind for hours afterward. I think I've made it clear that when I hear a song that moves me, I search until I find out what it is and who sings it. So I researched as soon as got home and found out the song is called Take My Life by Scott Underwood. I immediately ordered his CD and found that there are several great songs on it. I play this CD in the car a lot and Ava likes to sing along. There's something about a 5 year old singing about holiness, faithfulness, and righteousness. I am including another song of his called New Every Morning. This CD is really awesome, so if you like these songs- go to amazon.com and order his CD called Take My Life. (There are lots in the amazon marketplace section, even new ones, for only a few dollars.)
I finally got Stickam to cooperate and load both songs. To use the player, click on the green music notes. A song title and controls will appear in the window.
