The first one came out a couple of weeks before Christmas and miraculously the adult tooth had not started growing in yet. If that second one had come out he would have had the perfect "all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" look. But it was not to be. Too bad there aren't any New Year's songs about missing teeth.
